At Satellite Radio for Car, we want you to be completely satisfied with your satellite radio purchase. Please read this policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when returning a product.

1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Product is unused and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Reason for return includes defects, incorrect model sent, or significant discrepancies from what was advertised.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@satelliteradioforcar.com with:

    • Your name, order/invoice number, and date of purchase.

    • Product SKU and description.

    • Reason for return, with photos if applicable.

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

2. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., receivers with disabled seal).

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories/manuals.

  • Custom or specially-configured bundles.

  • Shipping and handling fees.

  • Software codes/digital downloads once activated.

3. 🔄 Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Ship the item back within 7 days of Purchase, by contacting us.

    Include all contents as originally packaged, sealed and protected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance—non-returnable if lost/damaged in transit.

4. 💸 Refund Terms

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of:

  • Approval: Refund issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (minus original shipping), or

  • Denial: If ineligible, item will be returned at your expense (or destroyed if unclaimed after 30 days).

5. 📦 Exchanges & Credit

Need a different model? Send your item back with a note indicating the replacement. We’ll inspect and ship the new item once the return is approved.

Or, request store credit instead of a refund—valid for 1 year from the issuance date.

6. ⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your banking statement before contacting us.

  • It may take some time to appear.

  • If you still don’t see it after 10 business days, contact us at support@satelliteradioforcar.com.
